To accommodate social distancing in the testing centers, Prometric has canceled and rescheduled some, but not all, May and June exam appointments. State and local guidelines are evolving rapidly, and cancellations may still occur for both May and June appointments if a testing center’s ability to open changes. If your exam appointment is canceled, you will receive an email from Prometric.

Prometric is re-opening test centers in locations where they are able to do so given local and state guidelines and restrictions.

Yes, Prometric may need to cancel and reschedule appointments at testing centers that are closed for reasons other than COVID-19.
Prometric is working to extend days and hours of operation to gain additional seat capacity. However, we recognize a backlog of testing will still occur. We are exploring alternate test delivery options to address this backlog.
